The airport is one of two state-owned airports with commercial air carrier service. Groton-New London Airport serves the growing number of business commuters and leisure travelers in southeastern Connecticut. Groton New London Airport has no scheduled commercial airline service at this time. Charter services offered by Columbia Air Service at 1-860-449-1400 and Lanmar Aviation at 1-860-446-8621. Ground transportation includes four cab companies, a limo services, and a car rental company.
