It’s no surprise that an inn that named its restaurant after the owner’s Wheaton terrier, and where most staff members have a dog, would welcome your dog, too, on your vacation. At the Interlaken Inn, your pet gets a treat upon arrival before you head over to the inn’s Woodside House, its pet-friendly building. The building’s eight guest rooms have vaulted ceilings, microwaves and mini fridges as well as direct entry from the outside. The inn is set on 30 acres of lush green grounds between two lakes, so there is plenty of room for walking.
